We are looking for an enthusiastic Full-time Head of Marketing to join us at our Camberwell office **This is Fixed Term Contract Maternity Leave position from 26th of June 2023 to 12th of January 2024 (7 months contract).**

**The Role**:
Our Marketing team is seeking a Head of Marketing from 26th of June 2023 to 12th of January 2024. Reporting to the Executive General Manager Sales & Marketing, you will work closely with our corporate Marketing team, Sales team, and key stakeholders within our business. You will have 2 direct reports in this role (Digital Marketing Manager & Graphic Designer). This is a hybrid role, 2 days per-week onsite position.

**What you will do as our Head of Marketing**:

- Create and manage global marketing plans that drive overall business growth and support specific strategic initiatives
- Plan and oversee demand generation activity, including data ownership, development, and segmentation
- Support and proactively influence the global sales teams to drive growth, strategic focus, and sales/marketing alignment from a marketing perspective
- Develop patient acquisition strategy to grow our userbase
- Own and manage THE marketing budget, vendor relationships and KPI reporting
- Actively participate in the Marketing management team and promotion of global marketing activities
- Drive marketing initiatives that expand our app user-based experience
- Manage a marketing team and collaborate closely with the sales team
- Develop and grow the existing marketing team

**We’re looking for someone who has**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar
- At least eight years’ broad experience in B2B/ B2C technology marketing - three years in a senior, autonomous role with evidence of success in developing and implementing the strategy for commercial outcomes
- The ability to consistently applied skills to a range of activities, making a high-quality contribution to clients
- Familiarity in HubSpot or other CRM systems and with marketing automation/online demand generation practices
- Experience in developing strategies across digital channels to improve acquisition
- Demonstrated experience in developing strategies across digital channels to improve acquisition
- Experience in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving company environment
- An ability to build effective, cooperative, and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to increase operational effectiveness and achieve business outcomes
- The ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Healthcare/pharmaceutical industry experience (desirable/advantageous)

**Salary**: $150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
