Opportunity for an accomplished EA to play a key role in the operations of our health service, based at Heidelberg.
- Work with senior executives in a friendly environment.
- Salary Packaging available with a public hospital.
- Full time position with an ADO each month.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
As the Executive Assistant you will provide operational support to our friendly and supportive Divisional and Clinical Services Directors. This is a key role assisting and supporting them in their day to day operations.
- Full time permanent position, 80 hours per fortnight with an accrued day off every month.
- Position based at Mercy Hospital for Women, Heidelberg.
- Provide high level secretarial and administrative support to the Divisional Director and Clinical Services Directors of Women’s and Children’s Services.
**ABOUT YOU**:
- Previous EA/PA experience essential.
- Demonstrated experience working with senior executives and working in a complex. environment involving multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in the use of the MS Office suite and quick to adapt to new technology.
- Experience with complex diary management.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
- The ability to work with mínimal supervision and direction.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills on all levels.
- Experience in a health care setting is desirable.

Mercy Hospital for Women is a fully accredited Level 6 Public Specialist Teaching Hospital providing both public and private patient care through maternity services, neonatology and paediatrics, perioperative services, gynaecology, women's health and associated health, support and diagnostic services. We are a major teaching hospital and specialist referral centre with the medical, nursing, midwifery and allied health expertise to treat the most complex obstetric, neonatal and gynaecological cases.
