**Position**:Recruitment Consultant - Rail Sector

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**: Collaborate with existing and potential clients to understand their specific hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment strategies to meet their staffing requirements.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring all documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements are met efficiently.
- **Business Development**:Contribute to business development activities, including generating leads, attending industry events, and promoting SSA Group’s services within the Rail sector.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant within the Rail sector or a related industry is preferred.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with the Rail sector’s roles, functions, and market dynamics.
- **Sales Acumen**: Strong business development skills and the ability to build a client portfolio.
- **Relationship Building**: A natural flair for relationship-building and networking to create lasting connections.
- **Result-Oriented**:Self-motivated, goal-driven, and committed to achieving targets and KPIs.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively with work colleagues to achieve team objectives.
