We are Harvest, a leading Geelong-based talent recruitment and HR consultancy firm.

Our talent recruitment team, is committed to the recruitment of specialists and executives across finance, accounting and accounts, corporate services, people and culture and technical disciplines.

We recognise the market has shifted and talent is becoming harder and harder to come by. In response, we seek a keen researcher who loves to dig deep into databases and other portals to find prospective talent for Harvest and our clients.

**About the role**

Partnering with the recruitment team, you will provide a range of support and research activities.
- Proactively managing our talent pools and building trusted relationships with our talent and active jobseekers;
- Ensuring consultants are made aware of talent for jobs, potential jobs or to reverse market to employers;
- Drafting, posting and monitoring advertisements for active roles and generating talent pipelines via expressions of interest;
- Screening applicants via a range of methods including phone screens or Teams/Zoom meetings;
- Facilitate operational and administrative tasks to ensure the recruitment process flows effectively and efficiently including reference checks, psychometric assessments, background/VEVO (working rights) checks and more;.

This is a job where you’ll learn all about the world of talent and the world of recruitment, a key function in managing the employee lifecycle.

To be successful in this role you will be passionate about research and enjoy providing positive and proactive support to team members.

You will:

- Be digitally literate and know your way around a spreadsheet and CRM's;
- Have an understanding of research and search techniques and love the thrill of a "search and find" mission;
- Be proactive, efficient and have exceptional attention to detail;
- Have a great attitude and a willingness to learn;
- Be able to multi-task and work across competing priorities;
- Be organised and be able to manage time well.
