- Fuse Recruitment is continuing to build and develop our Infrastructure and Utilities team in Melbourne As a sign of our continued growth and success in expanding our client base, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Melbourne team working from our office in Hawthorn with some flexibility to work from home as well.

**About you**:

- Demonstrable success in delivering recruitment services within a consulting, construction or infrastructure setting
- Proven sales and business development skills
- Existing networks or potential sales channels or leads (advantageous)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create sales opportunities.
- Ability to consistently deliver the highest customer service and relationship management level.
- A team and customer centric approach to work
- Passion for attending client functions, networking events and industry-specific forums.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, upbeat environment - your peers are passionate, fun, engaged and love what they do
