As an Admin personnel at our agency, you will have the chance to make a positive impact on the lives of our vendors, purchasers and tenants. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting/following up on all assigned enquiries
- Handling/sharing reception duties
- Managing the sales pipeline and liaising with various stakeholders
- Preparing sales contracts for exchanges
- Responding to vendors, tradespeople, buyers, and solicitors' queries
- General administration duties
- Property handover to buyers and tenants

To excel in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications:

- Previous work experience showing attention to detail
- Comfortable with interacting with clients over the phone
- A 'can-do' attitude with excellent time management skills
- Strong organisational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
