**Inside Sales - Customer Service - Administration**

**Sydney Inner West**
**Australia/NZ Office**
**Permanent Part Time**
**4 Days Per Week - 32 Hours - 9am to 5pm**

**Summary of role**:
This permanent part time offers lots of variety and requires a proactive and dedicated Administrator and Inside Salesperson to drive increased customer contact, support and results.

**The Opportunity**:
The role is broad and requires experience and a positive track record in both inbound & outbound customer service with sales activity and office/administration duties. This is a highly visible role based in the Inner West, Sydney, and one that is sort after.

**Primary elements of the role include**:

- Plan and implement proactive / outbound sales activities to achieve positive results, to both new and existing customers in the ANZ / South Pacific regions
- Plan and execute proactive marketing management to support sales activities
- Handle inbound enquires and provide support to team members and customers
- General administration and office duties

**Key tasks and responsibilities include**:

- Achieve customer contact quotas
- Maintain constant contact with key businesses, universities, hospitals, and government organisations in order to promote products and enhance awareness
- Assist in the development and delivery of innovative marketing measures and promotional events to improve company visibility and growth
- Work closely with other internal / external stakeholders to obtain key objectives
- Assist in continuing our very positive and constructive team culture
- Monitor, analyse and report results and findings, advise management on corrective action suggestions

**Requirements**:

- Have a passion for personal and professional success and a genuine interest in business & revenue growth through excellence in customer service
- Clearly demonstrated ability and track record of consistent performance
- Results driven and professional at all times
- Passionate, well organised with very good attention to detail
- Must work with integrity at all times, be honest respectful & diligent
- Have excellent communication skills with good business / commercial acumen
- Have solid MS office skills
- Must be eligible for permanent work in Australia
