- **The Role**_
You work within our Sales or Property Management team, reporting to the head of administration. You will play a critical role in delivering on deadlines, supporting the office in daily operational and administrative tasks, building capability and managing change as we integrate new operational systems into an existing framework.
**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Partnering with Sales and or Property Management teams, providing daily support.
- Working with the admin team to deliver strategy and implement change.
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer enquiries.
- Constantly improve company marketing and notice every detail involved.
- Support our leaders through change and transition in a time of current business integration.
- Work with the leadership team to support company wide initiatives.
- Support individual and team development as well as provide support to sales people.
- Maintain high service level for the business through constant communication and timely support.
- Work on long term projects to transform our business.
