**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as the Impact & Lived Experience Project Lead at Junction. In this newly created role, you will have a unique opportunity to lead and represent the voices of lived experience in strategic projects at the Executive and Board levels.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing our Lived Experience Advisory Network (LEAN) and the Social Impact Measurement and Learning Framework (SIML). As the Impact & Lived Experience Project Lead, your primary responsibility will be to authentically engage and integrate lived experience knowledge within Junction. Drawing on existing initiatives and expertise across diverse cohorts, you will build the capability of Junction to ensure the voices of lived experience are represented and heard. Your contributions will influence Junction's strategic direction, including the growth and innovation agenda, quality projects, and our overall impact.

Your knowledge of community development principles and frameworks coupled with your experience in facilitating, leading and developing groups including the co-design, delivery and evaluation of programs will be highly valued. You hold a relevant educational background, possess strong facilitation and leadership skills, and will have experience working with diverse and vulnerable cohorts.

We are seeking a highly motivated person who:

- Has knowledge of community development principles and frameworks
- Possesses both knowledge and an understanding of the issues and risk factors for individuals who have interacted with or would be eligible for Junction services
- Has experience in facilitating, leading, and developing groups including co-design and production processes
- Possess highly developed oral and written communication, interpersonal skills, and negotiation skills
- Holds Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Health) minimum of a Diploma in Community Services or equivalent and a minimum of two year’s relevant experience

**You Will Need To**:

- Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check
- Hold or be willing to obtain a Child Safe Environments Certificate
- Hold a current unencumbered Australian driver’s license and be willing to drive
- Undergo pre-employment testing as part of the recruitment process
