**Job Title: Administration & Account Manager**

Intellistrata is a Melbourne based software/tech business that is solving problems in the strata industry with state of the art, end to end, cloud based strata management software for the modern strata business.

Salary of $50,000 - $55,000/annum + bonuses and perks, with huge and imminent career progression (On Target Earnings for the first year including bonuses circa 80-100K)

Work out of an amazing high quality 3 level CBD based office with full kitchen, reception staff, boardrooms and tools of the trade (laptop, phone) provided if/as required.

**Job Purpose**

Reporting directly to the Commercial Sales Director & CTO/CEO, the purpose of this position is to provide support to the Intellistrata management team and assist to grow the customer base/lot count & subsequent revenue accrued by IntelliStrata. This will be performed by efficiently performing administrative and client facing duties as required, with full training provided.

Also involved in this position is liaising with marketing, administration and management teams to ensure consistent support and a consistent client/customer experience throughout the new business process.

**Key responsibilities of this position**:

- Provide administrative, sales and account management support to Commercial Sales Director, CEO/CTO and Intellistrata management team
- Assisting to convert existing cold, warm and hot leads into product sales
- Helping develop documents, materials and assisting with software demos for clients
- Oversee/provide advice to social media (LinkedIn, Facebook & Website channels etc)
- Admin, Adhoc and other tasks as required
- Scheduling and booking events, trips, functions and meetings
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, along with corporate attire and professional presentation
- The ability to work from CBD office Monday to Friday, 9 - 5:30pm (approx)
- Determined and conscientious work ethic
- A basic understanding of the strata industry and relevant software platforms

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
