**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of daily operations, including staff management, customer service, quality control, and marketing efforts
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise efficiency, productivity, and profitability
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving client issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the owners to identify new growth opportunities and implement strategic initiatives
- Set up, integrate, and maintain CRM systems for optimal business performance
- Oversee marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive brand awareness and generate new leads
- Prepare and analyse comprehensive reports on business performance, financials, and key performance indicators
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Foster a positive, proactive work environment, encouraging a solutions-oriented attitude among team members

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably within the property inspection industry
- Must have previous experience in Australia or an English-speaking country
- Native or fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end business processes and implementing effective solutions
- Tech-savvy with experience setting up and integrating CRM systems
- Solid knowledge of marketing strategies and principles
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, adapt to changes, and solve problems proactively
