Juniper ANZ is looking for an exemplary Office Manager to be the lynchpin in our local operations, the face of our flagship Sydney hybrid office and provide exemplary executive support to our local leaders.

**Office Management**

Taking ownership of office management across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), you will be instrumental to the engagement of the Juniper ANZ team, supporting our hybrid working environment and strengthening our culture of connection and collaboration.

This includes responsibilities such as:

- Taking an active role in building and maintaining a welcoming and energising vibe in all Juniper ANZ offices, ensuring all Junivators and visitors experience the best of our working culture. This will be achieved both through a hands-on approach in the Sydney office and a collaborative remote approach for our Melbourne, Canberra and smaller offices.
- Empowering and people managing our Melbourne Office Assistant, inspiring them to create the same welcoming and energising vibe for our Melbourne Junivators and visitors. Working smartly by identifying and delegating duties that are able to be performed remotely.
- Working with Marketing, HR, Go-to-Market, and Culture Ambassadors to coordinating memorable internal and customer/partner events.
- Building strong working relationships with building managers, service providers and Juniper’s facilities team to identify, report, and track to completion any rectification or improvements to Juniper run offices.

**Executive Support**

Supporting the Area Vice President (AVP) of ANZ and other local leaders you will actively contribute to the success of the Juniper ANZ business by proactively identifying and driving improvements to local business operational.

This includes responsibilities such as:

- Directly providing executive level administrative support to our AVP, building a deep understanding of the responsibilities and success drivers for that role, and identifying where you can add value and proactively alleviate friction. At a minimum this would be taking on administrative tasks such as booking travel, diary management, expenses, running the ANZ all hands, sales and management meeting cadence, preparing agendas and presentations, attending meetings, recording action items, and following up with action owners.
- Developing strong business acumen specific to Juniper’s global business and local sales operations to ascertain where you can contribute to local improvement and innovation.
- Either directly or through delegation to the Melbourne Office Admin, providing administrative assistance to agreed ANZ based senior leaders.
- Proactively preparing and planning for APAC and Global Executive visits, ensuring visitors are enabled to work as efficiently as they would in their home location and the value of their time spent in ANZ is maximised.
- Building strong relationships with the wider APAC and global admin teams to ensure the admin function in ANZ is continually aligned and elevated.
