**Administration Officer**
**Job Share Role x 2 PPT 2 to 3 days per week**

**About the Role**
- Our customer focused administration team are responsible for ensuring the seamless patient health journey.
- This opportunity will see you responsible for key duties including patient admission/pre-admissions.
- This role is based within our Cardiac Procedural lab and is the first point of contact for our patients and their families you will strive to deliver an exceptional customer service experience for all.
**About You**
You will display an unwavering commitment to delivering customer service excellence each and every time and leave our customers with a professional and positive impression of our site, all in line with our Ramsay Core Values. You will enjoy fast paced environments where you have a large degree of independence and accountability for your daily tasks.
You will also demonstrate:
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Prior admissions/pre-admissions experience highly desirable
- Scheduling and health fund checking experience highly desirable
- Be highly committed to providing excellent customer service outcomes for all patients, visitors and doctors
- Proven organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated problem solving ability
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- A Certificate in Medical Terminology will be highly regarded along with any knowledge of health fund administrative processing.
**Remuneration**
**EA Grade 4 year 1 -$31.11** + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
**About the Hospital**
North Shore Private Hospital is a 313-bed acute surgical and obstetric facility which performs most surgical specialties including cardiothoracic, neurosurgery, orthopaedics, advanced general and colorectal, urology, spinal surgery, paediatrics and Robotic Surgery. Our hospital offers the latest in cardiac technology combined with first-class standards of accommodation. The theatre complex consists of 17 operating theatres which includes one hybrid theatre and a 25 bay PACU.
