Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator reporting to the Customer Service Manager works alongside the Operations Team to proactively drive the file through the pre-construction workflow. The key focus of this role is to provide an exceptional customer experience through the customers build journey with Wilson Homes. More specifically, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of customers from Tender Accept to Commencement of Construction.
- Set clear expectations with customers to ensure they have a solid understanding of the pre-construction process and timelines.
- Establish a strong rapport with customers by contacting the customers on a weekly basis via phone call to provide a progress update on their build.
- Meet with the customer face to face to complete a comprehensive plan presentation.
- Proactively drive the customers home through all required pre-construction stages in order to reach commencement within the specified timeframe.
- Confidently present and sign HIA Contract with customers.
- Provide proactive solutions for the customer to allow the file to continue to progress through the pre-construction process.
- Work collaboratively with other departments and external stakeholders to meet business objectives.
- Ensure customer concerns are addressed with urgency and adopt dispute resolution techniques where required.
- Identify win /win outcomes for the customer and the business.
- Overall provide the customer with a positive build journey.

- A commitment to providing all customers with a professional and unbeatable customer experience
- Previous experience is a customer service and support role
- The ability to work under pressure successfully managing multiple clients and prioritising workloads
- Ideally some knowledge of the residential construction industry including building your own home or a passion for building design
- Exposure to building plans and contracts is desirable but this is something we will teach you on the job
- intermediate knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
