**About the role**
Your role as a Project Coordinator is all about working with a team to manage the safe, profitable, timely and quality delivery of projects. You’ll have plenty of opportunities for technical training so you can learn on the job. And you can also look forward to:
- helping with delivery and programming
- assisting with tender negotiations, variations and contract administration
- scoping up works and analysing trade breakdowns
- update and distributing the drawing register
- coordinating meetings with subcontractors, teams and clients (and occasionally taking minutes)
- processing invoices
- assisting with financial management of projects
- managing defects rectification and close-outs
- coordinating EHSQ requirements

**About you**
- experience in a similar role (or a genuine passion to learn on the job)
- a degree or diploma in a building, architectural or engineering field.
- ability to build and maintain great relationships
- good understanding of project management within the construction industry (fit-out and refurbishment knowledge is a plus)
- understanding of specifications and drawings for accuracy and buildability
- sound knowledge of EHSQ principles
- flexible and adaptable
- good grasp of MS Office, including Project, Word, Excel and Outlook
