General Description:
The role of Social & Content Manager/Lead is an existing role reporting directly to the Digital and Business Director and Company Account Director/s. We’re looking for a jack of all trades that can sit across:
Social and Digital Strategy Content Creation Account Management Paid social ads experience (basic)

- Monthly team workshops and knowledge sharing that everyone in the agency takes turns leading - a great way to build our team to grow and feel empowered
- A flexible 50-50 WFH/WFO split with an office at Prahran, Melbourne
- Salary range of $80,000-$105,000 + Super depending on experience

**Responsibilities**:
We understand this is a lot for one person, so please don’t feel like you have to know everything from the get go.

If you have two or three of the below under your belt, we’re keen to chat

Social and Digital Strategy Creation and execution of social media strategies, audits and

competitor analysis to ensure a best-practice social approach.

Content Creation Working in conjunction with our creative team, conceptualisation

of social content. Research, interviewing and writing for different mediums

including blog pieces, website articles and socials.

Account Management Attending client meetings as a digital lead and working across

business presentations to represent the Social and Content team.

Paid Social Ads (basic skills required but not essential )
- Effectively report on all organic, paid social, digital efforts and evaluate the results in an insightful and proactive way, not only to our clients, but the Papermill team.
- Ability to create comprehensive report documents for our clients.
