As Learning Facilitator, you will be responsible for understanding the collective learning and development needs in line with the Qantas Group, People and business strategy. You will ensure that the proposed learning and training solutions deliver on our quality, culture and legislative standards in a cost effective and timely way. By leveraging innovative technologies and project management skills, you will drive continuous improvement of our learning management system, processes and procedures, with a customer centric approach.

You’ll have
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training or related discipline- Professional experience in training and facilitation in a variety of environments, including digital and face-to-face- Facilitation experience across Leadership, Inclusion & Diversity, Culture & Behaviour with the ability to navigate challenging conversations- Proven ability to work autonomously, manage project timelines and contribute to continual and improved productivity, efficiencies and cost improvements- Strong negotiating, influencing and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders- A natural passion for L&D with a customer first mindset- Ability to accommodate regular domestic travel.
