Learning & Facilitation Partner | $170k - $200k (inclusive of super) + benefits

The Company

This role reports into the Learning Lead who has a wealth of experience in leading learning functions to design and implement sophisticated solutions.

They are flexible in working style and like to empower their team to deliver expertise to stakeholders with creative license to achieve desired outcomes.

You will join a large in-house team of professionals who are high-performing and passionate about what they do.

This role will see you partner with senior leaders in the business who are formidable in their field and lead key programs of work across the organisation.


The Opportunity


This role will see you responsible for a wide range of responsibilities and the opportunity to make a true impact on the business and its people.

You will partner with senior business leaders to design and deliver fit-for-purpose learning experiences that are the vehicle for true outcomes.


Further, you will:

  • Consult with senior business leaders on best practice solutions to help achieve identified areas of improvement or uplift of capability
  • Exercise your thought leadership to design and deliver high impact learning solutions
  • Leveraging your experience to provide a solution to the specific area of development from ideation to planning, developing, strategising and delivery (facilitation)
  • Utilise tools and frameworks that you believe will deliver the desired outcomes through previous experiences
  • Facilitate meaningful experiences to the business both in person and virtually
  • Measure, review and provide insight to business stakeholders on the solutions for effectiveness and future improvements.

About You
Experience with profiling tools such as Myers-Briggs, DISC and those alike is highly advantageous.

Strong commercial acumen will set you up for success and inform the design of your solutions that tie in with overarching strategic business goals.


Financial services experience or a similar industry will see you hit the ground running, coupled with your superior stakeholder engagement skills and ability to influence outcomes.
