**About the role**

An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated Administration Officer to provide support to the Grampians Area Mental Health Service working across our Ballarat offices.

The (ASO) will be a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude who will provide front of house reception and administration services.

This Position can be one applicant working 4 days per week Thursday-Sunday or two applicants one working Thursday & Friday and the other Saturday & Sunday.

You will have proven experience in using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Your role will include (but is not limited to) screening and attending to a broad range of internal and external confidential and sensitive enquiries to ensure that appropriate and timely follow up action is taken; data entry; maintaining and updating office and information management systems and procedures and typing of doctor’s letters.

You will be flexible in adapting to change as per service needs. In addition, you will be comfortable learning new systems and be well organised with the ability to determine competing priorities to meet timelines.

Experience working in a mental health or medical health setting would be highly desirable.
