As an Asset Finance Lead, you will be responsible for driving profitable and sustainable growth of the Asset Finance business in the North region. You will also lead and develop a sales team to grow the Asset Finance business by driving a strategic sales agenda which focuses on delivering tailored, profitable solutions within Commercial banking.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
Demonstrated leadership ability, with proven experience in achieving results through collaboration with others and a track record in effective coaching.
Proven exposure to capital intensive industry/markets, supported with expertise in product skills and market knowledge with business contacts.
Strong relationship management, networking and negotiating skills, previously demonstrated in winning new customers and closing transactions.
Proven ability to create relationships and influence outcomes and behaviours of key internal stakeholders.
Proven experience in developing and implementing business development/marketing plans, as well as driving effective sales behaviour.
Ability to manage complexity/ambiguity and conflicting demands.
