Opportunity Overview

Core Asset Co. is looking to add a Senior Asset Management Consultant to our Brisbane team, in response to our steady business growth. This role involves leading and executing projects, both independently on smaller tasks and as a team leader on larger ones. You'll also play a key role in guiding and developing our junior staff. Expect occasional travel to client sites.

Candidate Profile

This position is suited for individuals with a solid background in Asset Management who are adept at problem-solving and ready to tackle new challenges.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Asset Management.
  • Proven understanding and implementation of effective asset management strategies.
  • Ability to enhance asset performance for clients.
  • Advanced analytical skills.
  • Methodical work approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Must have Australian working rights.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years in consulting or professional services
  • Project management certification or similar.
  • Experience with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (e.g., SAP, Pronto)
  • Proven track record in a similar role.
Contract Details

Initial 6-month fixed term, with potential for permanent full-time position based on performance.
