New to Brisbane off the back of their success in NSW, our client is a market leader in bespoke precast concrete elements. Their projects are of all types and sizes, raging from high-end residential to complex critical infrastructure.
As the Office Administrator, you will be working closely with CFO to ensure the day to day smooth running of the Brisbane office. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Monthly invoicing and assessing contractor claims
- Cost calculations in conjunction with the Sydney office
- Control Labour
- Analysis - Amount required & costing
- General EA duties
- Meeting minutes
- Catering
- Prepare docs
- Organise calendar
- Travel booking
- Accounts payable (Using PayApp) - With Sydney Office
- Progress claims
- Invoice breakdowns
- Some Marketing
- Social Media posts etc
About You:
- Experience with administrative work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Friendly and upbeat demeanour with a can-do attitude
