We are seeking an experienced and passionate **Logistics Coordinator** to join us full time within our offices, located in Richmond, Victoria.

In this role, you will work closely with the Operations Director, where you will need to be a processed driven individual with impeccable time management and organisational skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Order Management, Monitoring Order Timelines, Setting up Shipping Requirements
- Coordinate the transportation of imported goods, including arranging shipments/consolidation, confirm container bookings, tracking cargo, and managing delivery schedules.
- Review and manage import documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bills of Lading, Packing Declaration, Certificate of Origin, and other relevant paperwork.
- Monitor and manage the allocation of freight, duty and local charges into product sheets to accurately capture landed costs.
- Managing stock out of local and overseas 3PL warehouses to our customers.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders such as International & Local Suppliers, Freight Forwarders, Buying Departments and Supply Chain to ensure orders are delivered to expectation and in a timely manner.
- International Supplier Hub Bookings and Document Preparation
- Prepare Invoices & Packing Lists for customer deliveries.
- Create and manage product packaging specifications and B2B information on products/ orders for each client.
- Provide assistance and support to other members of the team in the performance of their roles and responsibilities.
- General Operations Administration Tasks

**Essential skills and experience**
- Proven Experience in import administration, supply chain management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of import regulations, customs procedures, and international trade practices.
- Proven experience in import administration, logistics, or related roles.
- Requires strong communication skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Hands on practical approach with problem-solving mindset to handle challenges and unexpected situations.
- Proven Experience with MYOB, Excel, Word and PDF creation.
- Exceptional Communicator and above all a passion for all things Supply Chain
