We are currently seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join their Australian Asset Management team.

**The Position**

In the role of Commercial Property Manager your responsibilities will include.
- Develop and Implement initiatives, work practices, management systems, and procedures and policies to better manage the Outsourced Property Portfolio to achieve best practice property management reform
- Assist in managing the interests and expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
- Co-ordinating with other Outsourced Property Team personnel and external contractors in the delivery of specialist property services in accordance with the PMA
- Supporting core property management activities such as property finance reporting and accounting, physical property administration, occupancy agreement administration.
- Providing property finance reporting and accounting, physical property administration and Occupancy Agreement administration
- Ensuring that appropriate systems, procedures, policies, and practices are put in place and followed with ongoing review to achieve continuous improvement in the management of the portfolio.
- Contributing to the preparation of an Annual Budget & monthly reports
- Maintain and develop effective relationships between the Property Portfolio team and external
- Personnel attendance at monthly meetings and or any other required meetings
- Assisting the Portfolio Contract Manager with all major issues and/or minor issues which have the potential to escalate and affect the Property Portfolio

**The Person**
- Professional tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as property management, finance, commerce, or business equivalent qualifications
- Holder of a Real Estate licence or certificate of registration
- Experience at a senior administration level within the property industry and Portfolio administration of diverse property portfolio
- Proven managerial ability to interact successfully at a junior manager level within industry and government
- Developed communication, interpersonal and relationship / stakeholder management with excellent writing skills
- Sound knowledge and awareness of probity and ethical standards
- An understanding of the practice and requirements of property and environmental dealings Demonstrated capability in the use of office-based property management computer software including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Strong commitment to and understanding of Occupational Health and Safety legislation, regulations and policies and procedures
