**Duties**:
Working alongside a longstanding team (4 - 15 years of tenure), this role will see you managing a small portfolio of commercial properties located around Sydneys inner East

What you’ll do:

- Take and address enquires
- Conduct ingoing, routine and outgoing inspections
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance
- General client and contractor management
- Undertake CPI increases and rent renewals
- Carry out inspections
- Arrange maintenance and capital improvements
- Attend Tribunal as required

**Specific requirements**:

- Experience managing a portfolio of property (commercial or residential)
- Must have a Real Estate Certificate or Licence and car / drivers license
- Living locally or knowledge of the East would be an advantage
- The right to work in Australia
