Are you an experienced Commercial or Industrial Property Manager, keen to work with a diverse and innovative group?

Commercial Property Management isn't always straightforward, we understand this and so does this business. They are constantly finding better resources and ways to innovate and involve in a rapidly-changing environment. This is not a mundane, run-of-the-mill property management position, this is a business that is continually pushing the boundaries and growth with higher-than-normal levels of tenant retention. This business has grown year after year, now you can be part of this and help shape your future property career.

For transparency, you'll be looking after predominantly Commercial and Retail properties with 80% of these being in Sydney's fringe areas. You'll be effective with tenants and budgetary management and establish great communication for optimum outcomes. Of course, those with experience will know that aside from the important things like lease renewals and maintenance requests you'll also need great people skills to deliver the best outcomes. You will manage some of the more challenging customers who may urgently need your time to discuss trivial matters, but also help prepare strategic reports for the property owners. Your ability to prioritize these tasks and treat each and every customer with respect and understanding will set you apart from your peers.

The salary on offer will match your experience, but as a guide, it will range from $110k-$125k plus a discretionary bonus. The main focus is to ensure your purpose and values are aligned to bring new skills and experience to the team.
