**Our Client**

Holding a convincing market share in the Commercial / Industrial space, our client is a dominant leader with a history spanning more than 20 years in the Western Suburbs.

**Duties**

Provided with great support, you will be tasked with running a portfolio autonomously with some of the day to day tasks including:

- Negotiating lease renewals
- Preparation and completion of ingoing, outgoing and routine inspection reports
- Implement rental increases
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance
- Raise work orders with tradespeople
- Inspecting repairs / approving invoices
- Liaising with sales and leasing team where necessary with matters pertaining to managed properties

**Specific requirements**
- Demonstrated track record of managing commercial / industrial properties
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Highly organised and self-motivated, strong attention to detail.
- Own vehicle is required
