**The Role**:
Our Member Care Consultants are instrumental in managing the customer experience for HCF Members to ensure that they always receive a personal and exceptional service. Working to clear targets, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to members and to promote HCF products and services.

**_ Multiple vacancies to fill, either Rotating Roster (18% Loading) or Fixed Rosters (9.5% Loading). We will discuss your preference prior to your interview._**

**_ ROTATING ROSTER _**

4-week rotating roster (5 working days per week)

The rotation includes:

- 4 shifts, with start times between 07:45 and 12n. Latest finish is 8:15pm.
- 2 Saturday shifts (9am-5pm), occurring every 2nd week, with 1 weekday + Sunday rostered days off.
- Monday to Friday shifts for other 2 weeks, Saturday + Sunday rostered days off.
- A Saturday to Monday rostered day off, giving 3 consecutive days off.

If successful, you will need to work full-time in the Parramatta office for the first 3 months for onboarding, training and support., which will be on a **Fixed Roster. **You will then shift into a hybrid working environment, with a combination of working in the office and working from home, minimum two days in the office.

**_ FIXED ROSTERS_**

There is Fixed Roster option, which is Monday to Friday.

Fixed shifts are one of the following:

- 08:45-17:00
- 09:15-17:30
- 09:30-17:45
