MAYDAY are delighted to be recruiting for multiple Customer Service Consultants for a well-known and ever growing health insurance company based in Parramatta.

These roles are pivotal to keep up the fantastic reputation in providing exceptional customer care to their members.

**What will you be doing?**
- Handle all member enquiries efficiently, and in a professional manner
- Receive inbound calls from both members and non-members providing exceptional customer service
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and health professionals regarding insurance policies
- Provide a consultative approach while problem solving to find a resolution which works for both the business and the customer

**What experience are we looking for?**
- Previous experience within customer service - any type of industry
- Great communication skills and an ambition to provide the best customer service possible
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office suite useful
- Full working rights in Australia
