The primary purpose of the role is to lead the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of a range of organisational development and learning and development strategies and programs to build employee, team, leadership and organisational performance in line with TAFE SA’s operational and strategic needs and foster a diverse, inclusive and dynamic culture which drives high levels of engagement and accountability. The incumbent plays a key role in the organisation by providing strategic support and expertise to build organisational capability.

**Special Conditions**
- Out of hours work will be required.
- Intrastate and interstate travel may be required.
- Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Development Program.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- Applicants will be required to undergo the appropriate and relevant Employment Screening Assessment(s) required for this role in line with the TAFE SA Pre-employment Checks. This role requires:

- Working with Children Check
- General Employment Probity Check
