The Principal Consultant Inclusion and Equity is accountable to the Manager Organisational Development. The incumbent is responsible for recognising, creating and implementing plans to promote inclusion and equity within TAFE SA and ensure strategies are innovative and adopt best practice while meeting legislative, reporting and policy requirements. This includes the successful implementation of TAFE SA’s Inclusion and Equity Strategy and its programs.
