HR Partners by Randstad is currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity as a People and Culture Business Partner to join our clients People & Culture team based in Keysborough, Victoria.

This role is a permanent full time position and plays a key role in driving the alignment across Recruitment, Selection and Onboarding practices with a strong focus on employee engagement and culture.

This is the perfect opportunity for a strategic, people centric HR Business Partner looking to step up in their next role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive, support, coach and advise Business Managers in regards to staff management tools
- Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic HR objectives
- Work with managers to identify recruitment needs and ensure attraction of the best white collar talent for corporate roles
- Provides necessary education and materials to managers and employees including policies and employee handbooks
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, NES, EEO, and award interpretation to minimise risk

Key Selection Criteria:

- Tertiary qualification and/or 5 years IR/ER experience or previous experience in a HR Business Partner role
- Proven Generalist experience
- Strong ER capability and experience interpreting Award and other employment instruments
