We have a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager to join and lead our wonderful team at our busy and thriving general practice. The position will be permanent with hours to be negotiated, and an attractive hourly rate.

Our practice comprises of six Doctors, a Registrar, three Registered Nurses, and an amazing administration team. The practice is located in the beachside suburb of Glenelg, easy access to public transport and the vibrant Jetty Road precinct.

This permanent role is vital to the ongoing success of our practice and your main responsibilities will include:

- Patient communication and building customer relationships in a professional yet friendly manner.
- Supporting front-office duties and ensuring efficient day to day running of the practice
- Staff management, rosters, recruitment, and financial reporting
- Office administration, leading projects, and marketing campaigns
- Ensuring the practice meets compliance requirements.
- The ability to work autonomously under pressure and as part of a team, bringing to work each day an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Must possess a supportive and welcoming personality, being approachable for all members of the team.
- Ability to think critically and analyse all aspects of the business.
- Strong Communication Skills - Possess strong leadership and communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate with everyone in the office (doctors, clinical and administrative staff, patients, external vendors, stakeholders)
- Identify new opportunities quickly based off objective data.
- Behavioural Characteristics - Must be even-tempered, approachable, and have great people skills to keep staff motivated and working efficiently.
- Conflict Resolutions Skills - Should be able to quickly address, mediate, and resolve conflicts during high-stress situations
- Multi-Tasking Ability and Detail-Oriented - Possess an eye for detail and capable of streamlining routine office processes. Know when and how to delegate tasks when needed.
- The ability to assist with contractor payments.
- Good knowledge of Zedmed, MIMS and other associated Medical Practice software
- Scheduling including rostering of all staff and contractors.
- Knowledge of Proda
- Knowldege of Registrar Training Program
- Review and update policies and procedures when and where necessary and experience in preparation for Accreditation (not due until 2025)
- Proficient in MYOB, payroll, and human resource procedures.
- Be aware of managing business expenses in relation to making business and operational decisions.
- Provide leadership, management and the vision necessary to ensure the medical centres have the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures and people systems in place.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
