Job Purpose:
Support company operations by maintaining office systems, administrative tasks and supervising staff. Report to the management team and Directors.

**Duties**:

- Maximising patient care, clinic growth/stability and maximising team effort.
- Supervise administrative staff and assist with physiotherapists needs.
- Maintain office services by organising office operations and procedures including controlling correspondence, designing systems, and assigning and monitoring administrative functions.
- Fulfil some human resources duties as required including assisting in hiring, training and evaluating staff; maintaining company office policies, procedures and employee manuals, confirming compliance with employment laws.
- Overseeing rostering, managing holiday schedules.
- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable as required.
- Uphold correct procedures across all reception activities.
- Stocktake and product management.
- Front desk shifts as rostered.
- Upholding company core values.

About you

To be successful within this role you will need to demonstrate:

- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Dedication to self-development.
- The ability to work productively both in a team environment and autonomously.
- Experience working within a team to achieve shared goals.
- Experience in an appointment booking system is desired however not a requirement.

Applicants must have the right to work within Australia and must hold an appropriate driver’s licence with access to reliable transport (i.e. Personal car).

The successful applicant will be hired immediately on a casual basis with the potential to progress to part-time. Those with good weekday availability and the ability to cover holiday and sick leave will be significantly considered.
