This is an opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join our Property Management team based at our Glenelg office, servicing a tight-knit portfolio located in the South East / Inner-South region of Adelaide.

THE ROLE YOU COULD PLAY _**Within our fast-paced and innovative environment, on any given day as a full-time Property Manager, you will be responsible for

  • Liaising with Landlords and Tenants
  • Interpreting legislation to add value to the client
  • Advertising property
  • Providing professional guidance to the landlord regarding the current rental market
  • Utilising our integrated technology platforms to efficiently run your portfolio
  • Training and mentoring Property Managers and Leasing Partners
  • Participating in the creation and maintenance of Harris Best Practice

  • A current Property Management Registration licence
  • A minimum of 2 years experience as a Property Manager
