We are seeking a
**full-time Practice Manager** (Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week) who is focused on providing high level practice management support to our doctors, clinical, and administrative staff. You will oversee the day-to-day running of the clinic and hold responsibility for ensuring the patient experience is aligned with our values, and the delivery of efficient and effective administrative and reception functions associated with the clinical service delivery for our doctors.

**What we need from you**:

- Previous experience as a Practice Manager (essential)
- Completion of relevant formal qualifications (well regarded)
- An understanding or experience in general practice accreditation and standards
- Knowledge of Medicare item numbers
- Ability to demonstrate and encourage leadership and teamwork
- Experience in staff inductions, training, rostering, performance reviews and the onboarding of new doctors
- Ability to manage key expense lines to budget
- Experience in Medicare batching, private billing, debt collection and banking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and cultural sensitivity
- Commitment to ethical behaviour and conduct
- Experience in use of social media to promote clinic
- Understanding of Work Health & Safety and Privacy
