**Physio One **is seeking a friendly receptionist/administration officer to join our team in a casual role with the opportunity to progress to part-time. This position is suited to individuals with exceptional customer service skills and those who take pride in their performance and strive to achieve high standards.

**The role**

Reporting to the Practice Manager and Assistant Practice Manager, this role is responsible for providing outstanding receptionist support to a busy team of practitioners and a high level of care to our patients. This role will see you working across several locations on the western side of Adelaide and if you have a passion for helping people and being a part of a supportive and inspired team we encourage you to apply.
- **This role is being offered as a casual position working various shifts across our several locations from Monday to Friday, and some Saturdays if required. We operate on an 8 am to 6 pm business day.**_

**Key Duties**
- Provide efficient, professional, and friendly service to all clients and practitioners in the clinic and over the phone.
- Attend to patient enquiries, appointments and follow-up care.
- Attend to requests by practitioners and patients with due diligence and efficiency.
- Update and maintain patient records, both hard and digital forms.
- Following miscellaneous office procedures.
- Process payments including HICAPS, Medicare, Department of Veteran Affairs, Eftpos, and Work Cover claims.
- General housekeeping duties such as keeping consulting rooms clean and tidy, adequately stocked and ready for a day of treatment
- General cleanliness of clinic.
- Banking
- Start and end of day procedures.

**About you**

To be successful within this role you will need to demonstrate:

- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Dedication to self-development.
- The ability to work productively both in a team environment and autonomously.
- Experience working within a team to achieve shared goals.
- Experience in an appointment booking system is desired however not a requirement.

Applicants must have the right to work within Australia and must hold an appropriate driver’s licence with access to reliable transport (i.e. Personal car).

The successful applicant will be hired immediately on a casual basis with the potential to progress to part-time. Those with good weekday availability and the ability to cover holiday and sick leave will be significantly considered.
