Parts & Service Sales Representative

**Purpose of the position**:
The purpose of this role is to provide service to customers by highlighting the full-service portfolio offering under Hi-Perform across new and existing installed base fleets. This will be in addition to standard service and ad-hoc repair and maintenance and the full offering of Hiab’s Spare Parts and Accessories portfolio, support the Australian CSC Dealer network in developing their sales pipeline, and increasing customer satisfaction and market share based on installed base and capture rate models.
**Main tasks and responsibilities**:
- Use installed base data to hunt for new Services Products customers (e.g.Accessories, Parts, Contracts)
- Proactively develop your dealers, service partners, and other chosen customers
- Drive Service Network performance based on service sales and installed base in that region
- Consult dealers and service partners related to Services campaigns
- Manage and supervise the local service network in cooperation with the business line sales team and dealers
- Support sales within the Services Division in terms of maintenance, service, and accessories.
- Working in close cooperation and support with central services to align campaigns and performance measurements of service partners and dealers
- Focused sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers and also competition
- Support yearly target agreements and marketing plans with dealers and monitor forecast
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Audit dealers and service providers to ensure compliance with Hiab policies regarding stock targets, marketing, and competitive offerings
- To work closely with CSC National Services Manager to focus on specific growth areas
**What you’ll need to succeed**:
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, economics, or a related field (Desired but not essential)
- 3-5yrs experience in service sales or industrial goods sales in the automotive/agricultural industry, or transportation industries
- Industrial sales representative experience
- SalesForce or similar CRM experience is essential
- Business development and sales experience is essential
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced and modern environment
- Customer Service mindset, Motivation for Sales and Closing Skills
- Basic business understanding and knowledge of KPI and customer success criteria
