**The Role/Position**: Advertising Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute ad campaigns across digital and
traditional platforms, including audience targeting, ad creation, and content
development.

Manage ad serving through platforms like Google Ads,
Facebook Ads, and programmatic networks, optimizing performance based on key
metrics like CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.

Oversee the planning, implementation, optimization, and
analysis of multi-channel digital performance campaigns.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring
their satisfaction and success.

Collaborate with the analytics team to create insightful
campaign reviews and reporting dashboards.

Monitor, A/B testing, data analysis, and adjusting
strategies to improve campaign effectiveness while staying within budget and
meeting business goals.

**About You**:
Experience: 2 years of experience in the advertising
industry.

Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong attention to
detail, and proficiency in data analysis.

Knowledge: Relevant degree (Business, Marketing or equivalent)

Familiarity with ad-serving, measurement, and programmatic
buying.

Attributes: Strong time management, ability to prioritize
tasks, and a knack for working with numbers.

**What We Offer**:
