  • Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and relevant regulations, including data protection and privacy laws, to protect member information.
  • Maintain and update the email subscriber list to ensure data accuracy and maximise the effectiveness of targeted communications.
  • Collaborate with the Member Experience team to understand their objectives and translate them into effective digital marketing campaigns that drive member engagement and retention.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Communications, and Information Services, to ensure seamless execution of digital asset development.

Requirements
  • 3+ years marketing experience with a focus on digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience working in digital paid advertising.
  • Experience in building and optimising email campaigns, including hands-on experience with email marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools, CRM systems, and basic HTML/CSS for creating and managing email marketing assets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working closely with cross-functional teams and external digital agencies.
