Our NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) team is currently seeking to appoint an Assistant Project Officer within Operational Policy and Standards - Portfolio Management Assets branch. This is an exciting opportunity to join a great team environment on a permanent full time basis

**About You**

Are you prepared to work in a fast-paced environment? Are you looking for a new role where you can showcase your organisational skills? Our team is searching for a motivated, team player to join us as an assistant project officer. As part of working within our team, this role has a strong emphasis on learning and development which includes managing and updating our LMS, updating our internal intranet, organising and coordinating onboarding and other training programs as week as updating and maintaining asset related training materials. As part of your day to day role you will also be responsible for composing asset service notices to staff and recording and developing instructional videos as well as assisting and eventually delivering asset related training.

The successful applicant will be someone who has excellent attention to detail, is proficient in using Microsoft Suite, is forward thinking and can work as part of a high performing team but can also excel at working autonomously.

**Essential Requirements**
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience.
- Current driver’s license.

A key feature is the Communities Plus program, which is designed to fast-track the redevelopment of LAHC’s social housing portfolio in partnership with the private and community housing sector to deliver significant new and replacement social housing dwellings that are integrated with affordable private dwellings.
