As a Sales Coordinator, your role is integral to driving the success of our wholesale business. Your ability to foster strong relationships, identify growth opportunities, and optimise operations is key to our continued growth.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with our wholesale partners, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Uncover new avenues for business expansion, extending our reach and market presence.
- Prioritise the needs of our valued wholesale partners, infusing every interaction with a customer-centric focus.
- Collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams across the Support Centre, displaying excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Thrive on problem-solving, taking ownership of tasks, and exhibiting a high degree of autonomy in your approach.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs through process improvements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to optimise wholesale performance, aligning strategies for collective success.
- Monitor inventory levels, demand trends, and supply constraints to ensure adequate stock availability for our partners.
- Work closely with the supply chain team to streamline delivery processes and maintain efficient order fulfillment.
- Efficiently manage and resolve wholesale queries, ensuring seamless operations and satisfied partners.
- Establish effective communication channels with Freight Forwarders and Suppliers, facilitating timely transactions.
- Support Distribution tasks, including Order Confirmations, Pricing updates, and Invoices, bolstering the wholesale process.
- Provide vital administrative support to the Operations Manager.
- Thrive in a dynamic and unstructured environment, embracing its fast-paced nature.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proven experience in wholesale or sale operations, logistics, or supply chain management, showcasing industry expertise.
- Proficiency in computer skills and MS Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset, proactively achieving goals
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, both within the team and with external partners.
- Effective time management abilities, managing multiple tasks and tight deadlines
- Strong analytical skills, translating data into valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- A relevant qualification in Business or Supply Chain Management is desirable, although practical experience and skills are equally valued.
