The Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our Residential Sales team in Marleston. As a key point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service across products, orders, and deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise directly with builders, sales teams, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Support internal teams with administrative duties, data entry, and database maintenance.
- Maintain accurate client and job records, ensuring timely resolutions to on-site issues.
- Liaise with internal divisions to facilitate smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess high-level organisational skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous experience in the building industry or with building products is highly sought after but not essential.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft suite products is required.
Salary and Benefits
We offer an attractive remuneration package with incentives, including an estimated salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus employee benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
