**About the Role**
As the Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Wholesale), your role is integral to driving the success of our wholesale business. Your ability to foster strong relationships, identify growth opportunities, and optimise operations is key to our continued growth. As well as working with the rest of the Brand/Marketing team to achieve wider sales goals within the business. This means that the successful applicant will get to work with our exciting suite of brands such as Wildfire, Vybe and Everflex.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with our wholesale partners, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Uncover new avenues for business expansion, extending our reach and market presence.
- Prioritise the needs of our valued wholesale partners, infusing every interaction with a customer-centric focus.
- Collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams across the Support Centre, displaying excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Thrive on problem-solving, taking ownership of tasks, and exhibiting a high degree of autonomy in your approach.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to optimise wholesale performance, aligning strategies for collective success.
- Monitor inventory levels, demand trends, and supply constraints to ensure adequate stock availability for our partners.
- Work closely with the supply chain team to streamline delivery processes and maintain efficient order fulfillment.
- Efficiently manage and resolve wholesale queries, ensuring seamless operations and satisfied partners.
- Establish effective communication channels with Freight Forwarders and Suppliers, facilitating timely transactions.
- Support Distribution tasks, including Order Confirmations, Pricing updates, and Invoices, bolstering the wholesale process.
- Provide vital administrative support to the Head of Brand & eCommerce and the rest of the brand/marketing team.
- Thrive in a dynamic and unstructured environment, embracing its fast-paced nature.
- Assist in the planning and execution of the digital promotional calendar across all online platforms.
- You may be required to travel to organise and attend events or photoshoots where required.
- Assist the brand/marketing team in campaigns, social media, PR, online and ad-hoc tasks.
- General administration responsibilities as directed and needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proven experience in wholesale, retail, sales or marketing.
- Proficiency in computer skills and MS Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Self-motivated and a results-driven mindset, proactively achieving goals.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, both within the team and with external partners.
- Effective time management abilities, managing multiple tasks and tight deadlines
- Strong analytical skills, translating data into valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
