We are seeking a highly skilled Animal Nutrition Sales and Coordination Specialist to join our team in Australia, Sydney, Adelaide, or Melbourne. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Animal Nutrition business in ANZ, excluding Speciality Feed Ingredients (SFI).

About the Role

">

In this exciting role, you will manage existing Animal Nutrition customers, grow our customer base, and increase sales for our Amino Acid and Nutritional Ingredients portfolio. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for the sales, service, and new business development of the ADM Animal Nutrition portfolio (excluding SFI) to existing and new customers/industries in the Australian & New Zealand (ANZ) markets.">
  • Maintaining existing Animal Nutrition and some Aqua culture accounts, working closely with our customer service and supply chain teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.">
  • Identifying key business opportunities and detailing action plans for increasing sales for current amino acids and other Nutrition ingredients.">
  • Serving as the main Sales interface to existing and new customers, including understanding and acting on customer demands in a timely manner, coordinating activities and discussions between customers' nutritionists, R&D, purchasing, and other teams, and overseeing the ordering, transportation, and delivery of products.">
  • Coordinating customer demand forecasts as accurately as possible for various product lines, preparing account plans and call reports as required, and professionally representing ADM at meetings, exhibitions, seminars, and other events as required by Management.">

Your Profile

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a proven track record in working with Agricultural and animal food supply chains. The ideal candidate will have sound experience in developing and maintaining internal and external customers, be a team player, energetic, motivated, and solution-focused, and possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Agriculture/Animal Science or a similar degree.">
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position or focus area.">
  • Strong business relationships with current key players in the industry.">
  • A sound understanding of sustainability challenges in food and agricultural industries.">
  • Knowledge of different business drivers.">
  • Solid analytical and organizational skills.">
  • Great communication and ability to build rapport with stakeholders (internal and external).">
  • The ability to see the big picture and drive the success of the site into the future.">
