Cleantex is a Textile Rental Company for all industries. Cleantex rents and cleans specialised high-quality uniforms, linen and floor mat programs for businesses, providing customised solutions for a wide range of industries. Cleantex is an Australian owned business located in Perth.

We are looking for a Technical Sales Representative with a minimum of 2 years têxtile rental experience to join our business to grow the Perth Market.

We offer a good basic package but the real money is in the commission, for strong performers who are willing to work hard and dedicate themselves to our business.

About the role Cleantex is seeking a motivated, self-driven individual as a Technical Sales Representative to increase new account sales in a protected local market territory. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will identify new opportunities and follow up on potential leads.

You will need to have experience in têxtile rental and have worked in varied markets such as food processing, healthcare, food & beverage and heavy industrial industries.

You will need to be: Energetic, outgoing, dynamic, passionate, hungry for success while being passionate about sales. - Not afraid to work hard for your money - Happy to knock on doors to promote our B2B services - The sort of person who wants to build firstly a great income and then a great career - Able to handle knock-backs and be able to bounce back and turn failure into learning

This Role Offers - Guaranteed base salary - Commission - Vehicle and fuel card - Cutting edge sales tools, devices and software

Responsibilities - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships - Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits - Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors - Arranging and managing installation requirements of our solutions and garments to ensure successful completion upon delivery - Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders - Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas - Reporting forecasts and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results monthly and annual forecasts) - Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory - Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed - Engage regularly with Sales Manager regarding new business sales and closed deals

You will need: - Previous B2B experience in a field based sales role. Solution selling and cold calling capabilities. - Experience in a new business development. - An absolute hunter mentality. A hunger to succeed. Desire to win. - Proactive, enthusiastic, self-starter attitude. Excellent presentation and communication skills. - Customer relationship development skills - Strategic prospecting to create new opportunities and generate sales - Measured and delivering on weekly KPI numbers, with the usage of a CRM database - Preparing monthly, quarterly, yearly business plans to achieve set goals - Utilising key resources to gain sales contracts i.e social media, telesales execs, market research for all business areas. - Face to face visits/meetings to present innovative solutions to potential customers - Site surveys, assessments on current solution, to provide detailed, and competitive proposals of pricing and garment specifications to comply with health and safety regulations - Delegating Installation of garments/linen as and when needed - Clear and consistent leadership skills, demonstrating delegation, advice, positivity, and direction to drive new sales - Recognising the competitors’ weaknesses to gain new business - Preparing sale reports/forecasts to present at weekly sales meetings - Weekly sales to service meetings to ensure installation runs smoothly

Qualifications / Requirements - Technical Sales Representative - 2 Years Minimum Experience in Textile Rental - 2 Years’ Experience with Hubspot CRM - Experience with Advantex operating systems - 2 Years minimum b-to-business sales experience required. - Proven Negotiation Skills - Completing and delivering detailed tenders - Extensive experience industry markets such as food processing HCCP, healthcare AS4146, food & beverage and heavy industrial industries. - Experience in supply chains and customer service to ensure installation and customer satisfaction is achieved.
- High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and time management skills - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
