We have a new opening within our Opal Fibre Packaging sales team in Victoria. Opal Fibre Packaging supplies a wide range of innovative corrugated packaging solutions to a broad range of market segments.

As a Regional Territory Manager within our Southern Region Fresh Produce team, you will manage an existing customer portfolio which includes customers primarily in the Bayswater and Werribee locations. Our customers in this team include those in the fresh fruit and flower businesses, as well as agricultural supplies.

This is an autonomous role where much of your time would be spent face to face with customers, but when you’re office-based that location is at our Knoxfield site.

You will contribute to the success of Opal by driving sales growth in this territory through:

- Maintaining and growing sales and gross margin within your existing customer base
- Developing new business opportunities through increased share of wallet and developing new customer opportunities
- Managing allocated key customer accounts including contracts

- Ideally solution selling experience working with fresh produce or agricultural customers
- Demonstrated account management experience where you have grown share of wallet with an existing customer portfolio
- Established track record of hunting and closing new business, building relationships and business with new customers
- Systems savvy; we use Salesforce Lightning, iSpek and Qlikview
- Plenty of energy, enthusiasm and resilience
- Be a self-starter with a strong results orientation
