**Your Purpose**

As part of this incredible role, you will be responsible for executing the account and brand plans across a geographical territory of retail supermarkets (Independents, Coles and Woolworths). Your key objectives will be to maximise ranging, implement category focussed layouts and secure discretionary off location displays.As the Territory Manager, you will contribute significantly to the achievement of budgeted sales and profit objectives for the company through the effective management of retail supermarkets in your designated geographic territory in Melbourne’s North to North East and surroundings.This is a fantastic time to join a Global FMCG with real opportunities to develop your career and achieve your ambitions. - **What you will bring**

We’re looking for someone with a background in retail (supermarkets) or field sales with a passion for and demonstrated ability to understand the industry and customers.You’ll be a team player and have strong relationship building skills, as well as proven field sales experience in FMCG or with retailers and store managers.You will also have:
- Proven background in face-to-face sales
- Results driven & self-motivated (autonomous)
- A friendly and approachable personality
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy, ever changing role
