About this role

:

As a Territory Manager Associate you are responsible for supporting minimally invasive surgical solutions in a theatre setting in hospitals. If successful, you will be invited to join a team of inspiring and collaborative individuals. Following our industry leading onboarding program, you will support the region and provide clinical support across the full breadth of Applied Medical’s diverse product portfolio for a variety of surgical specialities in both public and private operating theatres.

You will apply clinical knowledge when engaging with specialists and other key stakeholders within the hospital setting. You will quickly establish rapport, credibility and professional relationships that benefit our customers, and align with Applied Medical’s company values and mission.

Your responsibilities:

Collaboratively support the full breadth of the Applied Medical portfolio of clinical solutions across a range of surgical specialitie. Develop relationships within the accounts supported by Territory Managers. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Learn and understand how business plans and strategic selling strategies support territory growth. Support educational programs in line with regional goals. Exceed customers’ expectations while supporting the growth of the business.

About you:

Currently working in sales or a health-related field. Able to provide clinical solutions and value outcomes for all stakeholders. Working within the healthcare setting, you will aim to support implementation of solutions that benefit our customers and align with the Applied Medical values.

You will be a high achiever with results that reflect your outcomes in previous roles and life. Previous sales or healthcare related experience. Good communication & presentation skills. Curiosity and a passion for learning. You strive to be seen as an expert in your field. Excellent time management skills. High level of interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to successfully engage with all stakeholders. The ability to work with others as part of a team is essential. Strong business acumen and organisational skills. Current Drivers Licence.
