**About Us**

We are currently seeking an experienced all-round Administrator for a full-time contract position, finishing at the end of May 2023. The role is within the regional office for an esteemed State Government department, has flexible working conditions and is looking for someone immediately available.

**About you**

In addition to having general administrative and customer service experience, the following skills and attributes are highly regarded
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with a variety of administrative duties including telephony work, reception support, work order processing and basic finance or invoicing tasks
- Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Sharepoint
- Attention to detail
- An independent worker with the ability to take the lead and work autonomously
- Strong Organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of facilities, fleet and building management desirable

Relevant government experience is desirable, but not essential. As per the COVID-19 Mandatory Vaccination (Workers) Directors and the OH&S Act, proof of vaccination (3 doses) or of an exemption will be required if advancing with a role. Police checks and other background checks may also apply.
